Text Box: Diary and Events COTGRAVE CABARET EVENINGS – SAT 19th/SUN 20th NOVEMBER 7pm Saturday afternoon rehearsal – JUNIOR AND SENIOR AT COTGRAVE SOCIAL CLUB NG123PJ JUNIORS Please be ready at Cotgrave to rehearse at 1.00pm. Parents may leave the children with us, and collect them at approx 2.30pm. Please provide your child with drinks. Please sign your child in AND LEAVE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT NO. FOR YOURSELF BESIDE YOUR CHILD’S NAME. Please return in the evening at 6.30pm, the performance commences at 7.00pm. Please bring and wear your required costumes to the rehearsal. SENIORS Come to Cotgrave for rehearsal at 3.00pm, bring a drink, and all costumes needed. Parents please sign your child in and leave an emergency contact number beside you/your child’s name. We need to finish by 5.00pm, return at 6.30pm for the evening performance on SUNDAY. COTGRAVE CABARET EVENINGS SAT 19th NOVEMBER 2011 – JUNIOR CABARET 7pm SAT 20th NOVEMBER 2011 – SENIOR CABARET 7pm Rehearsal for all performers on the afternoon of Sat 19th times to follow Following our successful and very popular 30th anniversary cabaret at Cotgrave last year, we are presenting two informal cabaret evenings, with a Christmas theme for juniors and ‘musicals’ theme for seniors. Each evening will allow all pupils (except under 5’s) to perform and also to demonstrate some of the class work we do, for parents to see. We will keep costumes to a minimum, aiming not to buy any new ones as we had our ‘big’show earlier this year, but to re-use some or create costumes by colour scheme etc – details will be given. There will be a bar and snacks available throughout the evening, seating informal, hopefully a fun and festive evening for all in the run up to Christmas. TICKETS WILL GO ON SALE FROM SAT 23rd OCTOBER. Limited numbers at the venue, so when they’re gone, they’re gone!! PLEASE LET YOUR TEACHER KNOW IF YOUR CHILD/YOU WILL NOT BE PERFORMING. Venue: Cotgrave Social Club, Woodview, NG12 3PJ Some performers will be included on BOTH evenings as although ‘senior’ level they will be taking part in a scene involving juniors also on the Saturday.
